I have never tried to make a computer run faster before, so I don't really understand what the Intel BIOS does. For keeping things cool, I'm using the Cooler Master ML 360R fan.

Check out that YouTube link. I'm looking at the 2;15 mark, which is around 4.4 degrees Celsius. Then I'll run a test called OCCT to make sure everything stays stable and gets hot enough without breaking down.
