the details are a mid-range graphics card paired with an intel i7-12700k, asus rog strix z690-a motherboard, and a kraft psu. when connecting the graphics card, the system fails to boot, but removing the cable allows it to start. someone might be experiencing issues with the graphics driver, power delivery, or possibly a faulty connection.

The necessary power cables are connected to the GPU. The output cable, such as DP or HDMI, is linked to the monitor.

The problem seems to be that the PC only sends messages when the wrongly connected wires aren't connected.
