I understand this AMD CPU looks promising. I'm curious about its past usage and the seller's reliability. How can I verify if this processor has been handled before or if the buyer is trustworthy?

It isn't a great offer. Because the CPU might be included, you won't receive any guarantee or a cooler. It's smarter to spend the extra 30£ and buy it from Amazon.

I question if the cooler is a major issue—they likely already have one, but I don’t think a warranty is worth just £30 less.
