CPU is an Amd fx4300 running at 4500mhz and GPU is a Gtx 750 at 1200 mhz. The board used is msi760gma-p34(fx) with 8gigs of DDR3 RAM, 2gigs of video RAM, and 1tb Western digital blue storage. I haven't experienced temperature problems because I've overbuilt the cooling system slightly. My main concerns are stability; increasing CPU speed causes restarts during stress tests, and I've seen watchdog timeout errors.

At 4.7ghz @ddr3 2400 this setup puts a significant thermal strain on my system during overclocking. Here’s an example of my performance under load: http://r67i.imgup.net/ED1ddr324003f8.jpg You’ll notice the difference when you go to 4.5ghz—my CPU’s TDP is only 95w, while mine handles 125w. Do you have any photos of your rig? I’ve only made adjustments myself using the sabertooth, so I can’t compare how your motherboard performs relative to mine. The sabertooth features a large heatsink on the VRM/mOSFETs and the north bridge chipset.
