I attempt to interact with bots. Right now, that's exactly what I did, and I only joined one server. I really enjoyed that knife joke!
The nearest match to Counter-Strike is Combat Arms. Spend an hour or two playing it for free—it’s easy to get wrecked. Multiply that by ten and you’ll see just how intense it can be. Keep in mind, I’m someone with a low ping, a 60Hz monitor with 2ms latency, and a hand often called an aimbot. I’m proud of my aimbot skills, but after playing CS:GO it’s a different story. The hit boxes are frustrating, and there are players who spend years mastering that game. It’s not beginner-friendly at all—you’ll end up frustrated and angry.
Stay calm before competing; otherwise, you risk facing harsh criticism. Until you're fully prepared, enjoy casual games. Once you're confident, move on to the competitive side and face stronger players.
