Hey, I got an Asus A515JA with 4GB of RAM already. I want to add more. What kind should I buy and what is the highest limit for me right now? TA P.S. Do they have different kinds of memory chips and do I need them in pairs like a PC? Desmond

You might add one stick of 8gb So-Dimm RAM to your laptop. Visit this link: https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-home/al.../techspec/ Then open Task Manager, look at Performance, and click on Memory to see what you have. It will show the size and speed. You can also install a CPU-ID program and check your memory info that way too.
