Well, I have the exact same problem with the same Dasung screen on a different Mini PC (NiPoGi) running Windows 11 too, and installing the Intel driver didn't fix it here either. In this case, it looks like the Dasung display is trying to show something every second but failing to do so at all.

Yeah, it's working on two different computers though. It seems like one of them or the Windows stuff is to blame. Either way, the whole thing isn't working as expected. Did you try using Linux on the second machine? I guess that should have worked too.
