That is weird because ipconfig doesn't show any ethernet ports. I think the bluetooth thing might be on the wifi card since it has that mac address. If you open Device Manager do you even see the ethernet adapters? Do they look okay with drivers? Sometimes you can have a bad ethernet port in the motherboard itself, but adding one from a PCIe slot would fix it. It is very serious for a motherboard issue to make an add-in card show up, usually your video card goes down before that happens.

I see a light on the adapter in the case, and Wi-Fi is not showing up in Device Manager with a yellow triangle next to it. It says it cannot be connected. Every time I try to uninstall the driver, the computer keeps telling me that the best driver is already installed even though there was no Wi-Fi when I took the adapter out. When I run a speed test online, it shows my connection as wired because I get 36 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload numbers instead of any Wi-Fi numbers. Is this just the internet at my house or does it mean my computer isn't connected to the PC correctly?
