My Rust experience has become frustrating due to persistent stuttering, despite utilizing a capable system featuring an RTX 1080 Ti and an i7-7700K. I’ve exhaustively explored all available YouTube tutorials addressing this issue, yet the problem persists. Furthermore, I am now experiencing noticeable input lag which significantly degrades my gameplay and renders the game largely unplayable. Previously, I consistently achieved frame rates between 80 and 140, but now my performance is typically limited to 70-120, frequently accompanied by brief periods of input lag and sudden dips in frame rate—an incredibly irritating experience.

I think that's simply a matter of the game itself, rather than your equipment – I recall there was an update that damaged its performance for a lot of people.
