Hesitation during gameplay, despite having sufficient assets.
For a period, I've experienced occasional stuttering while gaming. I believe this issue began after installing my new SSH server, though the server itself now functions perfectly. I attempted reinstalling files directly onto my hard drive instead of transferring them, which unfortunately didn’t resolve the problem. The stuttering persists regardless of how resource-intensive the game is—I play demanding titles like Apex and Overwatch, both of which fully utilize my system, yet I still stutter with Starbound, a game that appears to require minimal processing power. Furthermore, my frame rate displayed in on-screen overlays consistently remains unchanged regardless of the game being played.
Have you attempted to execute a game from an alternate drive to determine if the issue lies with the SSHD?
If the game functions correctly on a traditional hard disk drive, then the Solid State Hybrid drive simply uses up all available SSD storage while playing, and transitioning to the slower hard disk component results in performance reductions.
Can I resolve this, or am I solely limited to utilizing the hard disk drive?
