I’ve reinstalled my operating system nine separate times since transitioning from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I also replaced the hard drives. This issue occurs regardless of whether a graphics card is installed or not. My display is a 23MP55 monitor; it doesn’t manifest when using my laptop, and the games run smoothly at that time. Initially, I recommend opening Device Manager and removing the device followed by a system restart.
