I received the BIOS updates directly from the manufacturer's site. Make sure your USB drive is properly formatted and connected before starting the installation process. If the files are not recognized, double-check the file paths and ensure you're using the correct version for your A960D+ model.

Your USB drive is already formatted with a single partition. I went through every tutorial under the sun to ensure the CMOS and BIOS are reset to defaults, but it still isn’t working.

It's because I got tired and fell asleep at 3:45 a.m.; my head was bumping against the bed.

Follow the instructions on the manual to press F12 during startup for access to the BIOS flash tool. Prepare a FAT32 formatted drive with one partition and follow the steps provided. The relevant guide is available on the specified link.

I believe these files aren't meant for a binary bios image. They seem to require execution on Windows.

BioStar USA offers the motherboard page on their site. From what you see, the resources provided aren't sufficient for your needs.
