Do not spend your funds on a 360. The only situation I’d acquire one is if I possessed outdated 360 titles incompatible with the Xbox One.

I previously owned an Xbox One, which I subsequently sold due to a lack of available games. New Xbox One titles are also compatible with Windows 10, and I found Forza Motorsport 5 and 6 disappointing because of their poor engine sounds. I would have preferred an Xbox 360 for its exclusive titles—such as Gears of War 2, 3, Judgment, Forza Motorsport 2, 3, 4, Forza Horizon 1, Project Gotham Racing 3, 4, Burnout Revenge, and Halo 3. There’s also the Xbox 360 emulator Xenia for PC, although none of these games are fully playable. When connected, an Xbox 360 controller provides a console-like experience, and the emulator is superior due to its absence of hardware problems, allowing for save states… however, this emulator still requires considerable development time to achieve complete functionality.
