Adblock would be a more effective option. Additionally, a keylogger only records the keys you press, not the sites you visit. You can review your browser history to see your browsing activity.

I can't suggest any keylogging tools since that might violate forum guidelines. However, some parental control programs can monitor the screen content, even if they obscure or remove browsing history.

Consider your judgment, and simply conceal your device? Or configure a Windows login with a password just you can recall?

Avoid sharing this information online. Disconnect the Ethernet cord when not in use or secure your device with a password.
