According to the guide, page 23 PROB660-A.pdf (msi.com), the DRAM isn't being detected or recognized. It suggests removing and reinserting the RAM one stick at a time, as you've already attempted. If that didn’t resolve it, consider reseating the CPU and checking for bent pins or debris in the socket.
