New PC build details: 15 13400f RTX 3070 Ti ASUS Prime B660M-A D4 G. Skill Ripjaws 32gb DDR4 4000mhz Cl18. The system starts up but no screen appears. I've checked the GPU on another machine and it works, so the issue might be with the GPU itself. I downloaded the latest BIOS to a USB drive but received no signal. I tested various connections—GPU D-Pin, GPU HDMI, motherboard D-Pin, motherboard HDMI—but nothing worked.

The BIOS doesn't allow flashback updates, so unless you have an older CPU to use for flashing, it probably won't function with this board. The 13400F also struggles with memory speeds above around 3600 MHz. If you can choose, go with the 12600K(F) instead—it’s likely cheaper, works without a BIOS update, features improved memory handling, and runs faster due to its higher clock speed.
