Here is my first question! My graphics card gets too much work, so my game plays slowly and has low frames per second.
I live in a faraway country, so shipping it would take too long for me to get my money back unless I can also replace it right away. My school needs this item for our class projects and I don't have another one yet. Do you think this is because of software? Maybe if I reinstall the operating system like Windows, it will work better? I've looked everywhere but never found anyone else having this exact issue with me.
I removed all my Windows stuff and got new drivers, but I'm still having trouble. I have no idea what's actually causing this. It might just be the thermal paste. I put that on there for about a year now.
I still think it's worth giving RMA since the warranty covers this. I saw some videos with that laptop having liquid metal, but their temps didn't look as bad as yours right now. I don't know what else to add to help, because you've already done everything for a troubleshooting issue. Good luck in your attempt!
