Hey there new guy! Here are my system details: CPU is an i7-12700k, GPU is an rx 6750xt, mobo is an MSI B760P with DDR4 RAM, PSU is Msi Mag A650BN. When I start posting here about problems, it helps to give you all my specs. Please list them like this: CPU, cooler, motherboard, ram, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, case, OS, monitor. Also tell me how old your PSU is besides the brand and model number. Tell me what BIOS version your mother board has right now. I was having trouble with low fps in almost all games, it acted like my friends had better hardware and benchmarks showed it doing well. Just to make sure, do you guys have the exact same specs? What games are you running that are stressing out this thing? I took it to a shop and they fixed some bad parts but now I don't know why it's still so slow even after testing everything. Which parts did they replace? Try using DDU in safe mode to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), then manually install the latest one from AMD's support page by right clicking the installer and running as admin.

I can't get into Safe Mode right now, and even though I tried running DDU back a week ago, nothing happened.

Both together?! I've heard some people having trouble with multi-monitor setups that have different refresh rates. I'd try connecting just one monitor first to see if the issue is there. Maybe before doing anything else, make sure you actually play games at 165 or 240 Hz. Also sometimes Windows doesn't pick up those settings and might default to 60 Hz. Go to your Control Panel and enable dynamic refresh rate instead.
