Having an static IP on my outside router made my internet connection for playing games more flexible instead of being blocked by a hard wall called Strict NAT. After turning on GTA V online, the warning message disappeared. I spent several hours gaming and didn't get any annoying disconnects or errors like that. It sounds like fixing this network setting just fixed the strict NAT issues.
