Hey everyone, its my first time posting a question here so please be kind to me. My question is this: I have applied an underclock and undervolt to my GTX 1660ti mobile card, and things are working great with games and the Heaven test. Should I leave that undervolt on forever? Or do I need to turn it back off when I'm not playing games? I worry about damage if I switch between normal settings and low settings a lot. I lowered the voltage by about -80 mv. Also, does turning down my CPU's boost clock (which is usually 4.3 ghz but drops to 2.9 ghz without boosting) have any long-term effects on it? My GPU gets around 58-65 c when hot and cpu reaches 60-68 c under load. Attached is a picture of my graph (I couldn't attach the image directly so here is the link). https://imgur.com/a/DAp1fek View: https://imgur.com/a/DAp1fek Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!

If getting more power from my CPU speeds up things, I have no reason to worry about it being bad for me or the system.

So after I underwolded, is it okay to leave it there forever? Even if I just type or watch on my laptop?

Yeah, especially if you're playing something simple. Usually games need a lot more power than that.
