It seems like a few things might be wrong or slow down things. Maybe XMP isn't set up for your memory yet. Is your hard drive or solid state drive completely full or almost full? That could make the computer run really slowly. Your CPU's power boost is probably too low. The clock speed should be around 4.9 gigahertz, but it's currently lower, which explains why your score is down. This might be because of throttling, a problem that happens to most gaming laptops.

I attempted to turn on XMP and DOCP, but I can't see those options in my BIOS. My hard drive has plenty of space left for data. What should I do about the slow speed problems?

If you want to clean your laptop inside out, you'll have to take it apart. There are websites that show how to do this. You might even need to repaste the CPU or GPU. This can be hard but possible. If you're not good at this kind of stuff, then go get a repair shop nearby and let them handle it for about 20 pounds or euros.

Can I make sure the XMP setting comes up when it's hidden in the BIOS?

So, your RAM is working at its normal speed. Even though it says 1600mhz, that actually equals 3200mhz because of how data doubles up. Can you run Cinebench R23 while also running HWInfo and watch the clock speeds? If it sounds like your CPU is slowing down too much, download THrottlestop. Use its built-in benchmark tool. Next to it, open the limits panel. This will tell you if your CPU is getting hot. If any red lights turn off for PL1 or PL2 (or ED or other modes), that means your CPU is throttling.

If you're feeling slow because of heat, just wipe it down with some cleaning fluid and apply a little new thermal paste instead of trying to hack your voltage settings.
