On my computer, I am using a 6800 XT and a 5600X processor paired with an AMD B550 motherboard that has gaming WiFi. Most people say this card can run SAM software. But the official site says it's not available for me. After trying different steps like updating the BIOS, my options only let me turn features off or set them to auto, and there is no way to enable anything specific to SAM. Even after I checked AMD software, it still shows unavailable. I also updated both my CPU and GPU drivers, but nothing changed. Is there something else I need to try?

To make sure things work right now, it is a good idea to tell me what version of BIOS you have on your motherboard instead of just saying "latest." Have you checked the Advanced section of your BIOS? For drivers, maybe try using DDU to get rid of all old GPU driver stuff. Then go to AMD's support site and manually install the newest driver, but first right-click on it and pick Run as Administrator to make sure it works properly.

Thanks for sharing that info. Now we have Version 2803 from April 29, 2022. This is the newest one I got. Next step is to try DDU.
