Using steam allows you to claim a refund until the item is released. Navigate to your store transactions, and under the GTAV preorder section, you can "Request a refund" – though GTAV doesn’t always follow through. UBI doesn’t handle this properly, and Rainbow Six Siege The Division is available, but BFH is not.
