Most top games are now available across multiple devices, though they work most smoothly on a PC with keyboard and mouse.

AAA titles are usually not limited to any one platform since their production costs are high. Nowadays, consoles function more like PCs, making exclusive releases even less practical.

Yes, AAA priced games that aren't necessarily from a recognized AAA studio or publisher are included.

You mentioned it yourself, and there are actually no AAA publishers—just indie ones.

Not sure if it's a AAA title, but the first thing that popped into my head was STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4500/...Chernobyl/ It's really solid, particularly with the STALKER Complete mod: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-complete-2009 The update patches issues, enhances weather systems, introduces a realistic sky for the game's setting, and adds plenty of atmosphere, significantly improving the experience. I don't recall any other titles I'm aware of that aren't available on consoles right now. Possibly the original Half-Life and Half-Life: Opposing Force, or Half-Life Blue Shift... if they exist on consoles, it might be the original Xbox 360 or PS2... I'm aware some ports have appeared for certain games, though they're generally decent.

It wasn't something I considered. Still, Valve is clearly a major AAA studio, even if they release fewer titles, so HL:Alyx would be accurate.

Sure, I can rephrase that. You could build a strong case, but I don't include Alyx since it's in VR. I think AAA titles should aim for broad interest, and because VR devices are uncommon, Alyx seems more of a specialized choice rather than a mainstream AAA game.

After Arma 3, finding quality PC exclusives is rare; most top games are either old titles or indie projects.
