The B450i AC Plus uses USB 3.1 Gen 1 and supports 5Gbps. You can connect a Type A adapter to a Type C adapter for VR.

For Oculus Link VR on Quest 2, you likely need a USB 3.1 Gen 2 port with at least 1GBps speed to handle data transmission from Half-Life: Alyx.
