Details: MOBO- asus tuf x570 GPU, ASUS 2070 super nvidia CPU, Ryzen 9 3900x RAM, Trident Z 2x16GB, 3600MHz PSU, Corsair RM850X 2x M.2 SSD UPS (external), APC 1375VA. Issue: Experiencing random reboots. It began while streaming Netflix; it restarts quickly. Occurs in BIOS menu regardless of location. Swapped all components, including the motherboard, to ASUS only to report a "cannot replicate customer issue." Observations: In HWinfo, BIOS, and Armoury Crate, the 12V rail fluctuated between 9.2V and 11.2V. Used a DMM to verify stable voltages on PSU cable and motherboard. Despite good readings under load and idle, and after replacing the PSU, it worked for about three months. Additional attempts: Powered down PC without power, reset the BIOS, removed RGB fan causing fan failure (resolved after 3 months), replaced all parts with modern components (Ryzen 7, same PSU model, etc.), and reconfigured software/Windows settings. If the problem persisted in BIOS, possibly unrelated to SSDs.
