Details: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus Ryzen 9 3950x with Asus Dual GeForce OC RTX 2080 Super Trident Z Royal 2x16gb 3600mhz NZXT Kraken. I’ve been preparing for a new PC for a while, following all instructions carefully to ensure proper connections. Everything functioned well until I connected my headphones (Senneheiser Game One). After installing the recommended drivers from the provided link, audio quality dropped noticeably—sound became choppy and slightly distorted, rendering it nearly unusable. Booting occasionally resulted in a black screen or MSI interface, prompting me to try BIOS navigation steps. I attempted driver reinstalls and troubleshooting, but the issue persisted. After restarting, the audio remained problematic, sometimes becoming extremely choppy. I've tested various outputs—monitors, TV, headphones, earbuds—but all suffered from similar issues. Yesterday, after a brief period of silence, the audio problems reappeared, and the system began stuttering along with audio distortions. While streaming to Discord showed no issues, others reported difficulties detecting problems. Despite my efforts, I’m still unsure how to resolve this. The only thing that works is the system itself seems stable otherwise. If anyone has suggestions, I’d really appreciate it—I want to use my machine properly.
