They do as well. I've heard they move their support work to a firm named "Poll to win." They were the creators behind COD Ghosts multiplayer.

The restrictions lasted for a specific period, determined by an automated process. It seems you may have taken additional actions beyond simply receiving money to be banned. Rockstar doesn't target individuals for monetary issues, so widespread bans wouldn't occur.

First stage lasts 2 weeks, second is 1 month, third is permanent. I've heard about permanent the second time but it varies based on how serious the case is.
