Hello, You purchased two new RAM sticks for your system but haven’t managed to raise the MHz to the maximum speed. It’s stuck at 2133MHz while the target is 3600MHz. You’ve tried updating the BIOS, using Manual OC, and standard profiles. Any suggestions on what might be missing?

Now that you point it out, I see no mention of xmp in the AI tweaker section of the bios.

XMP corresponds to DOCP. Adjust Docp settings and verify RAM voltage at 1.35V. Lower frequency should be set between 3000-3200MHz and observe results. If successful, raise memory speed gradually to 3600MHz and perform stability checks.

Attempted again but progress remains blocked. Lowered frequencies also didn't help.

I cleared everything and attempted another manual boost. The RAM started working, but it reached a maximum of 3000 and stopped there.
