Hi, does anyone know what's causing this stutter? It happens every 0.5 seconds on idle, closed everything and I even restarted PC it still stutters. I've checked the temps are all fine too. I do have PBO on and undervolt though but I doubt that's causing it because I've been running this setup for like a few months without the stutter, the stutter happens today. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! PC specs: 5600x with fuma 2 cooler RTX3060 32GB RAM 2TB NVME SSD

It seems you're asking about a specific game that causes stuttering. Could you clarify which game you're referring to? That way I can give you the most accurate information.

It doesn’t really matter, right? It’s DOTA2 and even though everything looks fine, it still lags, and my mouse keeps jumping.

Are your Windows power configurations consistently at the highest performance level? These settings can sometimes lead to unexpected problems.

The issue could be related to an undervolt causing stuttering after an update. It might have been happening before or if you've recently started playing Dota 2.

Current settings run smoother in Dota and Modern Warfare but lag when switching tabs unexpectedly, odd behavior

The issue ceased once I adjusted the loose HDMI cable and modified power settings, along with restarting the computer. Thank you everyone!
