CPU model is i7-4790k with seidon 120M 86.2 CFM liquid cooler.
Motherboard is ASRock Z97 killer ATX LGA1150.
Memory includes G.Skill Ripjaws X series 16GB (4x4).
Video card is EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB FTW ACX 2.0+.
There are 5 fans in total.
Looking to improve gaming performance, I was considering overclocking for better FPS.

You must attempt this yourself, but make sure to read the guide thoroughly before trying. Sorry.
I included two links in my response.
The GTX960 caused bottlenecks with your i7, though it depends on the games; if they’re not GPU-heavy, you should be okay. Otherwise, consider upgrading to a more powerful GPU if you have the budget.
