Audio settings adjusted: mute mic, set volume to 1, default video profile.
Video configuration applied: 1080p resolution, 1920x1080, no downscaling, 30fps, custom encoding options.
Audio processing enabled: AAC codec, stereo, bitrate 128kbps, format 0, low latency mode off.
File management instructions: Save stream and record profiles in identical folders with .bat files.
Note on formatting: Colors won't display in code tags; bat files functioned correctly after testing.

Jeez people. There's option to save setting in OBS. I have three streaming profiles set that way so I can lower quality if something isn't working. Input settings, give name to profile, apply and File-> save. After that you can switch between profiles from main window.
