Hello, this build should work. Regarding your second question, the money USB 2.0 headers are located at the bottom of the MB and you should have sufficient connections for fans from the NZXT Elite model. You can check the specific details on the provided link.

I wouldn't purchase a premium AMD processor near the launch of the next generation. This model severely impacts airflow.
