Hey there! I’m trying to run GTA 5 on my PC but can’t get it to 1080p. I think my setup is decent enough for 1080p at least 40 FPS, but I’m stuck when trying to set the resolution to 1920x1080 even with other settings at minimum. I’ve noticed others with the same hardware are playing it smoothly, so maybe something’s off with my graphics card? Here’s what I have: Intel Core i5-3570K CPU, 3.8GHz motherboard, Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H RAM (16GB), Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz GPU, Sapphire Radeon HD 6770, 120GB SSD and a 1TB HDD on Seasonic M12II 750W full modular PSU. Thanks for your help!

I believe the card isn't powerful enough to handle GTA V at 1080p. Consider reducing the resolution to around 1600x900 or 720p for smoother performance. Overclocking the card or using DirectX 10 might boost frame rates.

Likely to perform poorly on the DDR3 variant. Best results expected with the GDDR5 edition. Increased memory bandwidth would be beneficial.

I noticed others using the same card in 1080p, while 720p makes the game look terrible :< Everything seems too expensive. I'm trying to cut costs to get a 1060, but it's around R$ 2100 (about 650 USD). It's tough being a PC gamer here :< The graphics are GDDR5. Thanks for your fast replies guys <3
