Switch the CPU back to the Core 2. Avoid altering several settings at once while diagnosing. If it doesn't POST during testing with the C2D, proceed to the Pentium (not all models are compatible) and attempt again.

I verified the compatibility with this motherboard. The C2D might have been inactive, and the 1 3 4 error is also resolved. All components were updated and confirmed functional.

If the components you're checking are confirmed to function but the motherboard fails with them, it's likely the motherboard itself is faulty.
