Hello,
This will be my first time attempting a PC build and I'd like to stay under a $1000 budget (preferably $850) for just the tower alone. Below is a mock-up of what I have based on recommendations and personal research, but is still over-budget.

The following are the types of operations I'll want to be doing:
-Video editing
-Gaming (relatively non-intensive games: League of Legends, Fortnight, Stellaris, Minecraft)
-Streaming while gaming
-Music editing software
-VR Gaming capabilities
As far as enabling "high" graphics on games, I could care less. Medium to low is fine with me (if that's what gets me under budget, that is). I'm mainly looking for recommendations on the types of parts needed to achieve basic performance on the above-stated operations.
