I recently acquired a pc from a friend in America. I’m experiencing random BSODs (it just displays shutdown messages) or losing display and audio, but the machine won’t power off unless I force it. This is unusual since the pc seems too powerful for the games I play. It has 96GB of RAM, a 750W PSU, and an 7800 XT Radeon 7 GPU. The power cable I used is the same one from my old PC—it’s 10A and 250V, so it should provide enough power. For context, the pc was purchased in February this year and has been with me for about two days. My friend said he didn’t encounter any issues at the time. When I got it, it appears customs may have disassembled the sides, possibly misaligning a cable. Either way, I’m not tech-savvy—do you know if there’s a test or something I should perform? I’ve already updated my drivers.

my power cable (the one i plug in) matches the one i used on my old pc, which is 10 amp and 250 volts, so in theory it should work.
Try another wall outlet and a different cable.
My friend who originally had it mentioned he didn’t notice anything similar.
If the system didn’t show this when it was in your friend’s possession, it might have been affected during transport or by the outlet/cable itself.
How was the system shipped to you?
It seems customs disassembled the sides, possibly misaligning some cable.
If I were you, I’d take apart the system and check each component for damage.
In case you’re not tech-savvy, it might be helpful to bring it to a local repair shop for a thorough inspection.
