I followed the ai optimizer instructions.
I set the BIOS to default, booted into Windows, ran a stress test for 30 minutes, then returned to BIOS to enable AI optimizer again.
During the test, about 10 minutes in, I was in the bathroom and the PC rebooted.
What should I do? I want to reset the BIOS but prefer trying it once more.

I suggest handling it manually instead of using the AI systems from Asus, as most CPUs have plenty of guides on how to overclock manually that will guide you on where to begin and what increments to apply. After experimenting with all the Asus smart OC features, I quickly returned to manual adjustments.
