You recently replaced your CPU cooler and Windows isn't starting yet. The PC powers on normally, BIOS access works without issues, but after the MSI logo appears, a black screen appears. The login screen flashes briefly but doesn’t stay visible longer than half a second. The green debug LED indicates a booting device failure. Your motherboard recognizes the SSD, and your specs match the motherboard.

Inspect the blue power supply connections on your motherboard. Verify that your RAM is firmly placed in its slots—avoid applying excessive pressure or forcing the clips.

Ensure your monitor cable is securely connected. It seems the system is starting but not showing anything. Did you unplug the boot device while using it? Verify that all cables are in place as if everything was correctly installed beforehand.
