The Radeon 4890 appears damaged after using MSI afterburner, causing crashes and freezing patterns. Restarting doesn't help, and driver rollbacks failed.

Did you verify the "Apply settings on restart" option? It seems the card might be overclocking each time you boot Windows. Disable MSI after burning the burner.
