As a novice PC gamer, I’m attempting to understand this system. I've been playing Grand Theft Auto 5, but the gameplay experiences frequent frame rate drops and stuttering during driving sequences. Despite researching online videos and observing that others with comparable hardware configurations are experiencing smooth performance, my specifications are: Intel Core i3-9100F (9th generation) with four cores and four threads, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with 4GB of video memory, and 8 GB of single-channel RAM. Notably, the game’s GPU utilization remains at only 30%, while RAM usage is capped at approximately half its capacity.
