The motherboard model name is not shown. It might be blocked by the CPU cooler or RAM modules. Use CPU-Z to locate the model.

I understood and checked the MSI website, entered the details, and went to the LAN drivers section, but the Wi-Fi option isn't showing up.

The adapter drivers aren't provided by the motherboard maker. The person who created the adapter probably has them on their support page.
You still need the exact model. Sharing the details of every installed device helps with troubleshooting significantly.
