I haven't performed those actions myself. I can share what you did or help you check if the BIOS menu appears after holding the power button and removing RAM/HDD.

I agree with removing the drive to get into bios, but with no ram you’ll get a no post.

I cleared the CMOS and power connector from the PSU, and the power cord. I’ll check the PC tomorrow—it’s 9:40 PM here. I plan to remove the SSD to see if I can access BIOS if the system still powers on. Thanks for your help; I’ll update you next day.
