Is anyone familiar with the reason for this lag? It's persistent and I've experienced it before. Also, I'm unsure if this is the best forum to share it in. Sorry.

I've reinstalled the game, restarted the computer after the problem started, reduced the RAM speed, lowered the GPU overclock, but I'm still unsure what else to try and feel a bit frustrated.

- Download the clean installation drivers from the provided link.
- Disable all external storage devices.
- Execute the game alone, without additional applications.
- Check if your BIOS system is current.

Sure, I can explain further what I mean by "lag." It refers to any delay or disruption in the smooth flow of a video, even when it appears normal and runs at high frame rates like 200+ fps. This issue isn't caused by network problems but rather by something affecting the playback quality.

It might not be clear to someone who doesn’t play regularly, but notice how the ball moves unexpectedly after being hit by someone other than me. Or observe my car behaving oddly upon impact with the ground or another player.

It seems Rocket League and a third-party app both show consistently low ping despite the problem. I'm using an Ethernet connection over Cat6a. If you'd like, I can run internet speed tests for you. My connection is stable and my internet is fast.

Additionally, if you haven't noticed it, pay attention to boost pads (the yellow ones) while I drive over them. They won't show up in the meter at the bottom right until long after I've passed them.
