The system launches and restarts every 15 seconds. On other occasions I removed the CPU cooler yet the processor remained stuck on it. Eventually I took it off, reinserted it into the PC, and it behaved as expected. I then tried a different CPU, but the issue persisted. Fans are functioning and RGB is working, though it seems the CPU socket might be damaged. It's an AM 4 socket.
