Help overclocking Ryzen
Hey, I can try to assist you with that.
You're looking to boost your Ryzen 1500x from 3.5Ghz to 3.9Ghz.
The Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 motherboard has a BIOS that doesn’t support voltage adjustments—only the frequency is changeable.
I can help you navigate the VCore settings if you'd like.
There is no fixed magic number. Study the Ultimate overclocking guide. Each CPU requires unique adjustments for optimal clock speed and voltage. No universal textbook value exists. Follow the tutorials carefully to achieve the best results. Confirm your settings with a 15-24 hour Prime95 version 26.6 run, using only this version.
Ensure the most recent motherboard BIOS is installed. Some boards lack voltage core settings until newer BIOS versions are applied. Others may have no voltage core settings at all. In certain cases, only the ability to adjust the adaptive voltage range is available. Vcore refers to the CPU core voltage, which must be modified when changing the multiplier. It is strongly recommended to review the article or tutorial provided before proceeding, as well as the general overclocking manual. Attempting overclock adjustments without a solid grasp of the effects can be risky. This guide addresses both BIOS-based overclocking and using Ryzen Master.
I have already updated MOBO to the latest version (F22).
I attempted using the BIOS OC before and then downloaded the Ryzen master and OC there.
My FPS began to drop, so I returned to BIOS and set everything to default, but the Ryzen master app indicated it was still running OC'd.
Therefore, I couldn't set it to default either, so I uninstalled it.
Later, my system crashed, and the PC shut down after about three minutes in Windows 10, forcing a clean installation of everything.

Follow the instructions carefully, and ensure your results are verified with a 15-24 hour Prime95 version 26.6 run, using only that specific version.
