hello every body, hope you all are doing great , i have got a msi mech version rx 5700xt , and i undervolted it for some reason , now it is now giving the same performance as other 5700xt, on furmark other GPU's , my friend got same variant, same card, ver, and his card is giving 140 and above FPS but mine are dropping to 100 after some time , also core clock fluctuates between 1600, 900, 1300 or 1400 while my friends card is constantly giving above 1600,
Also the GPU's fans throttle, i have repasted it aswell but dint work.
I have done some research and tried to reset bios using AMDVB flash utility but when i try it says my gpu also got same version and when i try to flash it with some other variants BIOS it says system sub ID mismatch. I have also tried the Command prompt method , but it doesnt work aswell,
if anyb here knows any solution to it do let me know,
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
It's important to note that undervolting doesn't always give consistent outcomes because of the variability in silicon. If the car is used for mining or treated unfavorably, the benefits can be reduced further. Also, consider your current hardware specifications. You mentioned you received the card listed in the title—this means you upgraded your GPU. Before the RX 5700 XT, what were your specs?

Sir, thank you for your response. I checked the GPU on two different computers—one at a shop and another at a friend’s place—and indeed, it was undervolted for mining. You’re correct, the performance issues remained consistent across both builds. Also, the power supplies were of good quality.
