over the past couple of months my computer has been behaving oddly. it would suddenly slow down and freeze without warning. restarting it usually fixes the problem, but then it restarts again and repeats the cycle. i opened the event viewer but didn’t find any major issues—just a flood of repeated error messages about the same four things. i attached some screenshots for reference. i’ve tried several solutions: checking for driver updates, updating the graphics card, running virus scans multiple times, using sfc and dsim, and even using a program cleaner to remove unwanted files. so far, nothing has resolved the problem. i also listed my computer’s specifications: windows 11, cpu intel core i7-12700k, motherboard msi mpg z690, carbon wifi gpu msi 3080 ti gaming x trio, ram g.skill trident z5 rgb series, 64gb ddr5, plus two m.2 drives (1tb and 2tb) and a 1gb ssd. i have these hardware errors too.

No, I didn't carry over any drive. I was created based on current information and parameters.

I think you visited MSI’s website and downloaded the drivers, particularly the Realtek ones mentioned in the Dolby error message.

I improved my computer around two years ago, including a clone of a Windows drive onto a new drive during the upgrade. This problem is new and I haven’t experienced it before.

Dolby Access is an app available in the Windows Store that handles Dolby Atmos features. Installation attempts are possible but uncertain.

I ran the scan using the MSI software Dragon Center. I thought they had the latest and most accurate versions available.

I only inquire since my diagnostics (a compact system image from my previous laptop) would show "conexant audio device not detected" unless paired with an HP machine. It didn't trigger the error right away; instead, it happened once I realized that version was no longer supported and Windows attempted to update a non-existent device.
