Hey there, I'm having trouble with my PC getting stuck in a boot loop. It doesn't even start to BIOS at all. I've tried changing the CMOS battery, re-seating the RAM and GPU, but nothing seems to work. I think it might be a BIOS issue, but I'm not sure what else to try. My system has a 9700K, ASRock 540M motherboard, A1660 Super, and 16 GB of RAM. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Do you see any screen output? How do you confirm it's a boot loop? I plan to simplify things by stripping away the GPU, leaving only one RAM stick. If you don’t have a 9700kf model, you can still use the MB display. After removing the CMOS battery, did you also cut off the power source and let it rest for more than five minutes?
