Hello, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed. My headset connected through AUX to the Samson C01U Pro Microphone has been functioning well, but switching to a USB port for my Hyper X Cloud 2 caused issues. I can't seem to get it to work with my PC or motherboard. After trying different USB ports and reinstalling drivers, nothing seems to work. Everything else—microphone, mouse, keyboard, webcam—works perfectly. My Asus board is up to date, but I'm stuck on the device manager. Under Sound, Video & Game controllers, a device named "Sonic Studion Virtual Mixer" shows an error with Code 37. Below that, it lists my headset as an unknown USB device with an error message. Perhaps skip the device and reconnect it. It might have been set up incorrectly.

I removed it, unplugged it, and turned it back on. It seemed fine until I reinserted the headset, after which the issues appeared. I've tested it with different headphones, but the same problems persist.
